Assistant Event Manager

This role involves :

• Assisting the Operations Department to coordinate and execute event plans and assist with the service of all clients in the event planning process.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of event plans, accreditation, briefing sheets and other documentation as required.
• Distributing inter-departmental paperwork required for the successful implementation of assigned events.
• Planning, coordinating and managing small scale ticketed events under the supervision of one of the Events Managers.

This role is on a freelancer agreement, and it requires the candidate to have their own visa / sponsorship. A detailed job description can be found below.
