Application Process

You've applied to Lean, now what? Here are the steps :

• Discovery : Our hiring process begins with a discovery call with our Talent team. This call offers insights into Lean and ensures the role aligns with your aspirations.
• Team / Culture : You will have the opportunity to meet with members of the Lean team. We will be assessing your experience, as well as your alignment to Lean’s culture and values.
• Assessment : Depending on the role you are applying for, you will be given a case study or technical exercise. This will be completed remotely or in person.
• Decision : Every candidate has the opportunity to meet a member of our leadership team as a final step.
