Group Chief Operating Officer Clinics

Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Group Chief Operating Officer for a group of Dermatology and Aesthetic clinics in Dubai and Abu Dhabi We are looking for a COO with a minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in an operational leadership role completely responsible for the P L of the clinics Applicants must have experience in leading operating multiple Aesthetic centers Dermatology clinics and have a proven track record of scaling and growing a profitable business for at least 4 recent continuous quarters The ideal candidate would be a well known name within the Dermatology circles in UAE and be an exceptional leader and a top marketing genius who understands the success metrics of the Aesthetics business Overseas candidates may also apply if they have the mentioned experience within Aesthetic Clinic setups The COO would be responsible for the implementation of new strategic plans and budgets working with the CEO to translate strategy into deliverable operational plans with clear milestones and metrics and to ensure ontime on budget delivery You will be responsible for overall performance and operational management ensuring that a robust operational framework is in place and that resources are deployed appropriately You will effectively position as well as futureproof the group of clinics in terms of policy redesign Provide daytoday management and leadership and deputise for the Chief Executive Officer as and when appropriate Responsible for the acquisition and management of finances business planning performance management of legal contracts and governance of the organization To oversee and provide line management for the IT HR Comms and Legal divisions of the organization The COO will be responsible for Business development including the ongoing identification of new areas of income and opportunities for partnerships to provide financial stability and longevity of the organization You will also be responsible for Stakeholder engagement working with the CEO to provide external visible leadership and foster key relationships with regional members and delivery partners Working with the CEO to proactively manage major strategy decisions and their development ensuring that due process is applied at all stages of decisionmaking and full consideration has been given to all options You will manage motivate support and develop staff within the organization to ensure that they are able to perform their roles effectively Salary Aed 75 per month plus family benefits Company Profile Davidson Healthcare Recruitment is a leading Healthcare and Leadership headhunting consultancy based in Dubai with branches in UK and India Our Medical recruitment Consultants are trained on the PQR for all medical specialties and medical subspecialties for all the countries We are leaders in Physician Surgeon and Allied Healthcare Recruitment for Hospitals Medical Centers Clinics and Medical Universities headhunting Tier 1 and Tier 2 Board Certified Fellowship trained Physicians and Surgeons ABMS CCT CCST ARAB Board RCPSC FRC Australia and New Zealand OBERARZT and CMSA among others across all medical specialties and subspecialties from across the globe We also specialize in recruiting DHA DHCC DOH and MOH licensed Physicians and Allied Healthcare professionals within UAE
