Ensure accurate tracking of all inventory movements including food and beverage costs recipe costing interkitchen transfers and employee consumption with detailed variance analysis and reporting Oversee daily and monthly reporting of food and beverage costs including cost of sales wastage pilferage and efficiency while ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with procedures Conduct regular audits of F B operations including purchasing receiving and preparation processes Provide actionable recommendations for improvements in control and cost management Prepare and distribute daily and monthly F B cost reports perform surprise spot checks at F B outlets and collaborate with management to ensure accurate pricing discounts and inventory control
