Job Title Patient Coordinator Aesthetic Clinic We are looking for a Patient Coordinator to join our aesthetic clinic The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills the ability to manage appointments efficiently and experience in a clinic medical center or aesthetic facility Responsibilities Greet and assist patients ensuring a smooth and welcoming experienceSchedule and manage patient appointments efficientlyProvide information about treatments procedures and clinic servicesCoordinate with doctors nurses and therapists to ensure seamless patient careHandle patient inquiries via phone WhatsApp and emailMaintain accurate patient records and update the databaseAssist in payment processing and insurance documentation if required Requirements Previous experience as a Patient Coordinator Receptionist or Customer Service Representative in a clinic or medical centerStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fastpaced environmentFluency in English Arabic is an advantage Knowledge of clinic management systems is a plus
