Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates budgets and tender documents Conduct cost analysis value engineering and risk assessments Track project expenditures and forecast future costs Prepare and evaluate tender submissions and contracts Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure best prices Monitor variations and change orders throughout the project lifecycle Provide financial reports and recommendations to management Requirements Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management or related field Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor ideally in UAE projects Strong knowledge of construction contracts standards and regulations Excellent analytical and negotiation skills Proficiency in QS software and MS Office applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team
