Quantity Surveyor Engineer

Company Overview We are a leading civil construction and infrastructure company based in Dubai dedicated to delivering highquality projects in the UAE and beyond With a reputation for excellence and innovation we are looking to expand our team with a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic workforce Position Overview As a Quantity Surveyor you will play a critical role in managing the costs and budget of civil engineering projects from inception to completion You will be responsible for ensuring that the projects are delivered within budget on time and to the highest standards of quality You will work closely with the project team contractors and clients to ensure effective financial control and resource management Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil construction and infrastructure projects Monitor project costs and budgets track expenditures and ensure that projects are delivered within financial targets Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs and assess the quantities of materials labor and overheads required for each project phase Liaise with architects engineers and subcontractors to discuss project requirements and evaluate bids Manage procurement activities including issuing tenders analyzing bids and preparing contracts Prepare and submit progress claims variations and final account submissions to clients and subcontractors Conduct risk analysis and provide solutions to mitigate financial and contractual risks Prepare monthly cost reports and provide recommendations for costsaving opportunities Ensure that all contractual obligations are met and assist in resolving disputes as needed Collaborate with the project management team to ensure proper contract administration and effective communication What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work on highprofile projects in the UAE A dynamic and supportive work environment Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company If you are passionate about the construction industry and ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role we would love to hear from you
