To support Verbat’s ongoing rapid growth, Verbat is seeking to expand its Sales team of our Dubai office by bringing on a talented candidate with an established track record of building pipelines and a proven history of exceeding targets in a fast-growing space. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success within the IT industry and knowledge of the ever-growing market. They will have a hunter mentality as they will be expected to generate new business.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Identifying customer needs, setting up meetings , present our services, mapping the right solutions to their needs, negotiating & closing deals and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in networking / meetups
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Experience & Skill Requirements :
3+ years of IT / Technology sales / sales support / business development (outbound) experience in IT / software company is highly preferred.Fluency in English and ArabicGood written and oral communication skillExcellent presentation skills and Aptitude in delivering attractive presentationsValid UAE Driving License with personal carShould be able to join immediately
