Chief Financial Officer CFO MultiEntity Finance and Compliance Lead

We are looking for a handson Chief Financial Officer CFO to oversee and manage the finance and compliance operations across five legal entities in different jurisdictions As our finance leader you will work closely with the CEO and provide full visibility into the financial health of the company ensuring all processes run smoothly cash flow is forecasted accurately and all financial reporting and compliance requirements are met across jurisdictions This is a handson leadership role balancing highlevel oversight with active involvement in daytoday financial operations working closely with bookkeepers revenue officers and external service providers Key Responsibilities Oversee all financial operations across five entities ensuring accuracy compliance and operational efficiencyPrepare and maintain cash flow forecasts working closely with leadership to ensure healthy cash reserves and anticipate financial needsEnsure all entities comply with local financial regulations VAT GST filings where applicable and corporate reporting obligationsEstablish and maintain clear processes for financial reporting expense categorization revenue reconciliation and tax complianceManage and review monthly quarterly and annual financial reports ensuring all data is accurate and delivered on timeSupervise the bookkeeping team ensuring transactions are properly recorded and all accounts are reconciledWork with the Revenue Officer to ensure all revenue streams sales subscriptions affiliate revenue are accurately tracked and reportedCollaborate with external accountants and compliance advisors to ensure all filings and regulatory submissions are up to dateIdentify and implement process improvements across financial operations to support business growthServe as the primary financial advisor to the CEO providing clear financial insights and recommendations What We re Looking For At least 10 years of experience in finance including multientity oversight across international jurisdictionsStrong experience with financial reporting compliance cash flow forecasting and operational finance processesHandson experience with Xero and familiarity with Stripe PayPal Shopify and custom CRMsStrong leadership skills able to manage mentor and collaborate with both internal teams and external advisorsComfortable working in a remotefirst environment with teams across different time zonesStrong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to distill complex financial data into clear actionable insights for leadershipFluent in English both written and spoken Bonus Skills Experience working with ecommerce or subscriptionbased businessesExperience managing VAT and crossborder financial complianceFamiliarity with affiliate revenue tracking and reporting How to Apply
