Sales Marketing Executive Retail Marketing Middle East Market Position Overview As a Sales Marketing Executive specializing in retail marketing you will be responsible for identifying and building longterm relationships with key clients such as supermarkets hotels laundries and restaurants to supply them with our products Your role involves driving sales promoting the brand and ensuring customer satisfaction while developing strategies to expand market reach Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition Relationship Management Research and identify potential clients in the supermarket hotel laundry and restaurant industries Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders Conduct client meetings presentations and negotiations to secure longterm partnerships Market Research Strategy Development Analyze market trends customer needs and competitor activities to identify opportunities Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies tailored to the retail segment Work closely with the product team to align offerings with client requirements Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support sales efforts Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies Sales Revenue Generation Develop and achieve sales targets and KPIs for the assigned territory or client group Create and manage a pipeline of leads ensuring consistent sales performance Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations to clients Promote and sell company products to prospective clients Achieve sales targets by consistently acquiring and retaining customers Marketing Activities Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions targeting the retail sector Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and strategies Organize and participate in trade shows exhibitions and networking events to promote the brand Customer Support Engagement Provide ongoing support and communication to clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction Address client concerns and feedback promptly and effectively Monitor client performance and ensure repeat business through excellent service Reporting Analysis Maintain detailed records of sales activities client interactions and agreements Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement Key Skills Qualifications Experience Minimum of 5 years in retail marketing or a related field Education Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related discipline Languages Proficiency in Hindi Tamil and English is required Arabic is an added advantage Proven experience in sales marketing or account management preferably in retail Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities Proficiency in CRM tools Microsoft Office and data analysis software Knowledge of the supermarket hotel laundry or restaurant industries is an advantage What We Offer Competitive salary with performancebased incentives commission Opportunity for career growth and development A collaborative and dynamic work environment Training and support to excel in your role
