Estimation Engineer Plumbing

Key Responsibilities Review project drawings and specifications to prepare detailed estimates Quantify materials labor and equipment costs Prepare and submit bid proposals Collaborate with project teams to ensure estimates align with project scope Monitor market rates and supplier quotes Assist in tendering and contractual negotiations Maintain estimation databases and records Qualifications Minimum 5 years of Gulf experience in plumbing estimation within or electromechanical industries Graduate Diploma in Mechanical Electrical Engineering or related discipline Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and materials Proficient in estimation software and MS Excel Good analytical and negotiation skills Ability to work under deadlines
