Senior Accountant Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with IFRS GAAP standards Manage monthend and yearend closing processes including reconciliations Oversee accounts payable and receivable payroll and general ledger activities Conduct financial forecasting budgeting and variance analysis Handle tax filings audits and regulatory compliance requirements Streamline accounting processes and systems for greater efficiency Skills Advanced MS Excel skills e g pivot tables macros financial modeling Strong understanding of financial regulations tax laws and audit practices Proficiency in accounting software e g SAP QuickBooks Oracle or NetSuite Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills 5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles CPA CMA or ACCA certification is highly preferred
