Our client is an organization in the UAE, operating hundreds of distribution points across the region. They are currently seeking a strong Marketing leader to build robust teams across all aspects of marketing and lead their initiatives throughout the region.

Responsibilities :

  • Creative Marketing :

Design & lead the creative team in developing innovative and impactful marketing materials.

  • Oversee the creation of visual content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and high-quality output & implement AI tools to streamline creative processes and enhance content production.
  • Drive cost efficiency by reducing reliance on external agencies and enhancing internal capabilities.
  • Manage the company's content management system, ensuring high-quality and consistent content delivery.
  • Media Department :
  • Lead the media department responsible for all paid media across channels, developing and executing comprehensive paid media strategies.

  • Manage relationships with media agencies, digital publishers, and partners to secure optimal deals.
  • Implement new tools and technologies to improve media buying, planning, and performance.
  • Establish policies and best practices for efficient media operations.
  • Utilize AI-driven analytics to monitor media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Sponsorships & Consumer Events :
  • Own the sponsorship & activations roadmap strategy to leverage assets for value creation.

  • Lead planning and execution of all events and sponsorship activations.
  • Develop event activation strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Manage relationships with sponsors, partners, and vendors for successful event execution.
  • Agencies, Partnerships & Budget Governance :
  • Oversee relationships with external agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resource efficiency.
  • Implement AI-driven budget management tools for financial tracking and optimization.
  • Evaluate and onboard new partnerships and tools to enhance marketing capabilities.
  • Qualifications :

  • 18+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event activations and operations.
  • Regional Middle East experience is essential.
  • Agency and in-house background is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of AI tools and technology in marketing.
  • Experience managing large marketing budgets.
