Job Title Business Development Representative Energy Sector Surplus Asset Management Location UAE Company Overview We are a dynamic and fastgrowing company specializing in surplus asset management within the energy sector Our innovative platform ReflowX connects oil and gas companies with surplus materials and equipment creating value and reducing waste We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative Key Responsibilities 1Present the Company pack to oil and gas companies to secure vendor registrations Meet with potential clients to discuss vendor registration and explain ReflowX offerings 2Visit surplus inventory yards within the region to identify and evaluate materials and equipment Capture detailed stock lists including photos and relay information to the technical team for product listings 3Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the oil and gas industry Actively seek new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company 4Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction Requirements 1MUST have a valid UAE driver s license company rental car provided including fuel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 2Strong organizational and time management abilities Willingness to travel within the region to meet clients and visit inventory yards 3Basic understanding of the oil and gas industry is a plus but not mandatory Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint 4Selfmotivated proactive and eager to learn Ideal Candidate A recent graduate or fresher with a keen interest in the energy sector and surplus asset management A fast learner who is passionate about building a career in a rapidly growing industry Someone who is adaptable resourceful and willing to take on new challenges A team player with a positive attitude and a strong desire to grow within the company What We Offer Competitive salary range of 4 5 AED per month with growth potential based on experience and performance Companyprovided rental car including fuel Opportunities for professional development and industry training A supportive and collaborative work environment The chance to be part of an innovative and forwardthinking company in the energy sector
