Job Description
BG Global is hiring for the starch manufacturing industry and is seeking a Packer (Milling) to support the safe, accurate, and efficient packing of milled starch products while ensuring quality, hygiene, and production targets are met.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor packing machines for milled starch products.
- Pack, weigh, seal, and label finished products according to production specifications.
- Perform routine quality checks on packaging, weight accuracy, and product appearance.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the packing area in compliance with GMP and food safety standards.
- Report equipment malfunctions, packaging defects, or product quality issues to the supervisor.
- Record packing quantities, production data, and material usage accurately.
- Follow HSE procedures and ensure safe handling of products and packaging materials.

Requirements

- High School, ITI, or Diploma qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in the starch manufacturing industry.
- Experience operating packing or bagging machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Requirements
