Location: Dubai & Abu Dhabi, UAE

Mandatory Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE/GCC experience in HVAC/AC Project Sales.• Strong hands-on experience in selling Split AC, Window AC, and Ducted AC Systems.
• Proven experience in project sales, business development, and client acquisition.
• Experience working with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, and project clients.
• Engineering background (Mechanical/Electrical) preferred.
• Experience with reputed HVAC/AC brands will be highly preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE market, project sales cycle, and tendering process.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:• Drive sales of Split AC, Window AC, Ducted AC Systems, and related MEP solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Manage project sales opportunities from lead generation to closure.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and upcoming project opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering field preferred.
- Experience in Project sales of AC equipment’s in the UAE.
- Familiarity with UAE codes and standards for AC Equipment’s / MEP installations.
- Knowledge of project cost estimation and tendering processes.
