Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Commi 2 Baker to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Commi 2 Baker, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, assisting senior bakers in creating a wide range of high-quality baked goods while honing your skills and contributing to our culinary excellence.
- Assist in preparing and baking various types of bread, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards
- Measure and weigh ingredients accurately, ensuring consistency in all baked products
- Operate and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and other kitchen tools
- Monitor baking processes and adjust temperatures or baking times as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet production schedules and deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of baking ingredients and supplies
- Support senior bakers in developing new recipes and improving existing ones
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
