Fundamental Hospitality is seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Bartender / Barmaid to join the team at Shanghai Me Dubai, delivering exceptional beverage service within one of Dubai’s most refined and high-energy dining destinations.

Previous experience in a similar position within fine dining restaurant or upmarket concepts
Experience in nightlife concepts would be an advantage
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, modern mixology, spirits, wine, and beverage trends
Fluent in English, additional European languages will be advantageous
Currently based in Dubai and available to attend a trial
