We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Recruiter. This entry-level position is designed for candidates with little or no prior experience in recruitment. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the skills necessary to effectively support our talent acquisition and HR operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a career in HR within a professional and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards, company website, and social media platforms. Support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates professionally, and provide timely updates to hiring managers.
Candidate Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, track recruitment progress, and ensure accurate records of all interactions.
Onboarding Assistance: Support the HR team in onboarding new employees, preparing documentation, and facilitating orientation processes.
HR Administration: Learn and assist in HR administrative tasks including maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Training & Development: Participate in structured training sessions to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, interviewing techniques, HR policies, and talent management best practices.
Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and contribute innovative ideas to the HR team.
