Life HealthCare GroupUnited Arab EmiratesWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Secretary to support our executive team The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing administrative duties handling confidential information and providing topnotch support to our executives Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to executives including managing calendars scheduling meetings and handling correspondence Communication Management Screen calls emails and other communications ensuring appropriate followup and delegation Document Preparation Prepare and edit reports presentations and other documents for executive meetings and presentations Meeting Coordination Organize and coordinate executive meetings including preparing agendas taking minutes and tracking followup actions Travel Arrangements Manage travel bookings itineraries and expense reports for executives Confidentiality Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion Office Management Oversee and manage office supplies equipment and liaise with vendors as needed Requirements Experience Proven experience as an Executive Secretary Executive Assistant or similar role Skills Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills Technical Proficiency Proficiency in MS Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and familiarity with office equipment Professionalism High level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality ProblemSolving Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
