Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Foreman to oversee our construction projects in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Oversee the work of construction crews and provide guidance as needed.
Monitor project progress and report any issues to the project manager.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, labor, and materials used.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

1-10 years of experience in construction management or site supervision.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
