Description

At Mnzil, the deal doesn't end when the contract is signed—it’s just the beginning. As a Post Sales Specialist, you are the guardian of the client experience and the conductor of our operational symphony. You will manage the critical transition from sales to service, ensuring our corporate clients are happy, our internal teams are aligned, and the worker community we serve is thriving.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Ops Coordination within labor housing, manpower services, logistics, or B2B hospitality.

  • Trilingual Communication: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam is essential to bridge the gap between corporate clients and our worker populations.

  • High-Volume Logistics: Proven experience managing complex check-in/out scenarios with frequent exceptions and tight timelines.

  • Stakeholder Management: A natural ability to manage the "push and pull" between client demands and operational realities.

  • Detail Obsession: A "control freak" in the best way possible—highly organized with trackers, timelines, and formal approvals.

Roles And Responsibilities

1. Customer Success & Relationship Management:

  • The Handover Lead: Own the transition from Sales to Operations for all new clients, ensuring a white-glove onboarding experience.

  • Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the full client journey from day one through service delivery and into successful renewals.

  • Strategic Partnership: Maintain constant contact with client focal points, building the trust required for long-term retention.

2. Operational Orchestration:

  • Cross-Vertical Coordination: Act as the central hub between housing, transport, catering, and supply teams to ensure seamless service execution.

  • Risk Mitigation: Track project timelines, identify potential service gaps early, and drive proactive solutions before the client even notices.

  • Alignment: Ensure internal teams and clients are always operating from the same "source of truth" regarding delivery goals.

3. Check-in & Check-out Logistics:

  • Movement Control: Oversee the full logistics of worker check-ins and check-outs; no movement happens without your awareness and approval.

  • Readiness Audit: Coordinate with field supervisors to ensure facilities are 100% ready before the first worker arrives.

  • Data Integrity: Update and validate all reservation statuses (delays, no-shows, early exits) and ensure on-ground reports are accurate before they hit the system.

4. Community Building & Feedback:

  • Ground-Level Trust: Build rapport with supervisors, foremen, and workers to become the "voice of the community."

  • Engagement Programs: Organize and execute activities and feedback loops that improve worker well-being and satisfaction.

  • Continuous Improvement: Surface insights from the field to help Mnzil improve every layer of the journey—from bed design to payment processes.
