Large, luxury Hotel in Dubai is looking for a F&B Hostess.

The suitable candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests, managing seating and ensuring a positive first impression.

Their role is crucial for organizing the outlet flow, from seating guests and managing waitlists to coordinating with FOH staff to maintain smooth and efficient service.

Duties:

Greeting & seating guests
Passing out menus
Taking phone calls
Maintaining a waitlist
Directing customers to coatrooms, restrooms or a waiting area
Relaying orders to the kitchen
Notifying supervisors of large parties
Distributing reservations among waiter stations
Advising waiters of special requests

Requirements:

Grade 12
A formal qualification will be an advantage
Experience in luxury high end hotels / restaurants essential
On-the-job training and experience in a large, busy property, hotel / restaurant.
Computer literate
