Location: Dubai, UAE (Live-out)
Salary: AED 15,000 – 16,000 per month (DOE)
Package: Impressive and luxurious Private 1-bedroom apartment (unshared) provided

Role Overview
A private Principal & his wife based in a high-profile villa in Dubai are seeking a proactive and highly organised Female Housekeeper/Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Madam. This is a hybrid role requiring a blend of premium housekeeping standards, wardrobe management, and high-level personal administration.

Language Requirements

  • Fluent English: Essential for local coordination and administration.
  • Fluent Ukrainian: Essential for seamless communication with the principal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Household & Wardrobe Management: Overseeing general housekeeping to a high standard and maintaining a meticulous wardrobe system.
  • Travel & Logistics: Managing complex travel arrangements and documentation. A deep understanding of international travel regulations and specific documentation requirements for Eastern European passport holders is highly critical for this role.
  • Executive Support: Managing calendars, booking personal appointments, and assisting with visa applications.
  • Personal Admin: Assisting with local UAE processes (e.g., driving licences) and other bespoke personal arrangements.

Candidate Profile

  • Discretion: You will be working in a private, high-end environment where confidentiality is paramount.
  • Flexibility: While the standard is 8 hours/6 days a week, the Principal requires someone who can adapt to last-minute schedule changes or occasional overtime for special events.
  • Proactivity: Ability to anticipate needs and resolve administrative hurdles independently.
  • Expertise: Candidates must be well-versed in the specific regulations and travel restrictions currently affecting regional passport holders to ensure smooth international transit for the Principal.

Terms & Benefits

  • This is a live-out position. The Principal provides a spacious, private one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, and balcony.
  • Applications are welcome from both local and international candidates.
