About the Role
The Service Technician is responsible for delivering high-quality technical service, installation, and ongoing support for laundry dosing systems and chemical applications. This role partners closely with customers to ensure optimal laundry performance, system reliability, and long-term customer satisfaction through proactive service and strong relationship management.
What You Will Do
Install, commission, and maintain laundry dosing systems in accordance with company standards and safety guidelines.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure consistent system performance and chemical efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and application-related challenges in commercial and industrial laundry environments.
Provide professional on-site technical support and application guidance to customers.
Build and sustain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted service and technical partner.
Conduct regular service visits and follow-up actions to ensure customer satisfaction and system optimization.
Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and site records.
Collaborate with internal teams to support service excellence and continuous improvement.
Demonstrate flexibility to support customer needs, including working outside standard business hours when required.

Minimum Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in servicing laundry dosing systems and laundry chemical applications.
Working knowledge of installation, calibration, and maintenance of laundry dosing equipment.
Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships in a service-focused environment.
Strong organizational skills and professional work behaviour.
Willingness to work flexible hours based on operational and customer requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Local valid driving licence.
Experience working with hotels, hospitals, or industrial laundries.
Technical diploma or relevant vocational qualification.
Strong analytical mindset with a practical approach to technical and application problem-solving.
