We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Project Controls Managers / Analysts in Dubai, UAE. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, control plans, and progress-monitoring systems.
- Monitor project performance against approved schedules, budgets, milestones, and baselines.
- Analyze schedule and cost variances and identify potential risks, delays, and corrective actions.
- Prepare periodic project-control reports, dashboards, forecasts, and management updates.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, procurement, construction teams, and other stakeholders to obtain accurate progress information.
- Support cost-control activities including commitments, forecasts, trends, and variance analysis.
- Maintain project-control data and ensure reporting information is accurate, consistent, and timely.
- Support management with project-performance analysis and data-driven recommendations.
Required Skills
- Project Controls: Ability to establish and maintain effective project monitoring and control processes.
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Ability to develop, update, and analyze project schedules and milestones.
- Cost Control: Understanding of project budgets, forecasts, commitments, and cost variance analysis.
- Progress Monitoring: Ability to measure actual progress against approved project baselines.
- Project Reporting: Ability to prepare clear dashboards, forecasts, variance reports, and management reports.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with project scheduling and controls software.
- Strong analytical and project-performance reporting capability.
- Experience coordinating project-control information across multidisciplinary teams.
Work Experience Requirements

Requirements
Strong knowledge of construction materials, MEP systems, and fit-out specifications. Understanding of project execution strategies and procurement planning. Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
