Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Manager with 2-12 years of experience to oversee operations in our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a thorough understanding of healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of healthcare facilities to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Manage budgets, financial reports, and operational costs.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Monitor patient care and satisfaction, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Lead and mentor healthcare staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Prepare reports for management regarding operational performance and improvement initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficient in healthcare management software and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
