Job Details: Construction Foreman Site Supervisor

We are looking for a competent & experienced Technical Construction Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at work sites. As a Construction Foreman, your main responsibility will be to manage and coordinate projects at worksite to ensure the completion of projects in an appropriate & efficient manner.

Construction Foreman duties and responsibilities

· Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans

· Making & maintaining a team of Masons, Carpenters, Painters, Helpers and Other Site Workers

· Allocating general and daily responsibilities and resolve problems when they arise

· Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget

· In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment’s, cost estimates & evaluations

· Ability to read & execute drawings, plans and blueprints

· Site supervision & fit out execution

· Liaise with clients, contractors and site team to achieve productive outcomes for the project

Construction Foreman requirements

· Proven experience as construction foreman across technical services/general maintenance works

· Minimum 3 years of UAE/GCC experience

· Excellent knowledge of industry, construction operations, techniques, equipment’s, tools & materials

· Good time-management skills and Ability to multi-task

• Having a valid UAE driving license and familiarity with roads and routes of UAE

· Engineer or diploma in Civil/Skilled trade.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to AED 5000/- per month plus Accommodation, Transportation, Visa & Insurance

Language Preferred: Excellent communication skill in Malayalam/Urdu/Hindi, English & Arabic will be advantage
