Description

We are seeking a Sr Commissioning Tech specializing in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Millwright to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commissioning and will be responsible for ensuring the effective installation, testing, and performance of various systems, while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission electrical and instrumentation systems according to specifications and standards.
• Conduct troubleshooting and repair of electrical and instrument systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop commissioning plans and schedules for projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during commissioning activities.
• Document all commissioning processes and results, providing detailed reports to management and stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and other team members as required.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 10-12 years of experience in electrical, instrumentation, or millwright commissioning roles.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, control systems, and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in using commissioning tools and software, including SCADA systems and PLC programming.
• Experience with troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving skills in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a diverse team environment.
