• Pack, label, and prepare frozen products for shipment in accordance with company standards.
  
• Assist in loading and unloading goods from vehicles, trucks, and storage areas.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all work areas, including freezer storage, dry storage, and packing stations.
  
• Ensure the correct quantity and quality of items are packed before dispatch.
  
• Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment safely and as required.
  
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols consistently.
  
• Work efficiently and safely in cold environments (typically -18°C or 0°F).
  
• Report any damaged, spoiled, or expired products to the supervisor immediately.
  
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned by management.
