Job Description

BG Global is partnering with a leading provider of precision machinery solutions tailored for the jewelry manufacturing industry. Renowned for their technical innovation and customer-first approach, the company is seeking a Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end procurement from vendor sourcing and quotation evaluation to PO issuance and delivery tracking.

- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and lead times with suppliers.

- Coordinate import documentation and work closely with logistics, warehouse, and finance for smooth operations.

- Monitor procurement budgets, maintain purchase records, and track supplier performance.

- Support the P2P cycle, including invoice verification and reconciliation.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

- 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing/trading/equipment sectors.

- Knowledge of international sourcing and import procedures.

- Strong negotiation, Excel, and vendor management skills; ERP experience is a plus.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Requirements
- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplines. - A proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing, coupled with an extensive network within the UAE’s MEP consulting, lighting design, specifier, and real estate development communities. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - In-depth knowledge of LED lighting products and their diverse applications - A self-starter attitude, driven by results, and capable of autonomous work. - Familiarity with UAE construction and lighting industry norms and regulations.
