Projects Manager Marine Construction Responsibilities Lead the planning scheduling and execution of marine construction projects Manage site teams subcontractors and equipment for daily project operations Oversee construction of breakwaters quay walls piling works jetties dredging and other marine structures Ensure compliance with project specifications engineering drawings and marine standards Coordinate permits approvals and marine surveys with consultants and authorities Monitor project progress costs productivity and risk factors Prepare project reports method statements and progress documentation Implement HSE standards and ensure safe marine construction practices Communicate with clients consultants and stakeholders on technical and commercial matters Resolve site issues variations and technical challenges proactively Requirements Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering Marine Engineering 8 12 years of experience in marine construction projects Strong knowledge of breakwaters quay walls jetties piling dredging and coastal engineering works Proven experience managing medium to largescale marine projects Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Familiarity with marine equipment floating plant barges cranes and related machinery Proficiency in project planning tools Primavera MS Project Candidate must be currently based in the UAE and available for interview
