For the expansion of our Dornier Consulting International GmbH team in Abu Dhabi, we are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented

(Senior) Mobility & Transport Consultant (m/f)

What you can achieve with us:

• You are responsible for driving business development activities in UAE, KSA and the wider MENA region, including lead generation, client engagement and acquisition of new projects
• You lead and deliver consultancy projects end-to-end, ensuring quality, client satisfaction and commercial success
• Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders, as well as successfully securing contracts and projects lies in your hand
• You work in international teams to further develop sustainable and innovative solutions in the field of road and rail transport systems
• You prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to stakeholders and clients, including senior management, government officials and ministers
• A high level of commitment to new market developments, as well as the independent and proactive identification of business opportunities for the Mobility division in the United Arab Emirates, are second nature to you

What convinces us:

• You successfully completed an advanced university degree in transport planning, transport engineering, economics, urban planning or a related
• You have minimum 7–10 years of relevant professional experience in international consulting, with a strong focus on Mobility / Transport projects in the Middle East (preferably UAE and/or KSA)
• You have a proven track record in business development and successful acquisition of consulting projects (incl. preparation of EOIs/proposals and contract negotiation) as well as management and delivery of complex projects (e.g. Public Transport, Traffic Management, ITS, Rail or comparable sectors)
• You have an established client network and stakeholder experience in UAE/KSA, including working with public authorities, transport operators or ministries and strong understanding of regional market dynamics, procurement processes and client expectations in MENA
• You are willing to travel within and outside the MENA region
• Fluent English is mandatory, Arabic is a strong advantage
• Strong leadership, communication and client-facing skills, combined with a high level of ownership and commercial mindset complete your profile
