Head of Equine Veterinary Clinical Services
Abu Dhabi, UAE | Full time | €100,000–€180,000 per year, tax free

The Vet Office is recruiting an experienced equine veterinarian to lead a brand-new veterinary clinic and rehabilitation centre in Abu Dhabi.

This is an opportunity to build a clinical service from the ground up while caring for approximately 150 resident horses, from riding school ponies to international performance horses. You'll shape the clinic's protocols, lead its veterinary team and develop its lameness, sports medicine and rehabilitation services.

You'll have access to digital radiography, ultrasonography, an aqua treadmill, cold-water spa, shockwave, Class 4 laser, cryotherapy and more. As the service grows, you'll help establish a referral caseload across the UAE.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• At least five years of equine veterinary experience.
• Strong skills in lameness investigation, sports medicine and rehabilitation.
• Experience managing the everyday health and welfare of horses.
• The confidence to lead a team and develop a new clinical service.
• A veterinary degree and eligibility for registration in the UAE.

A postgraduate qualification, board certification or experience with competition horses would be welcome, but is not essential.

The package includes brand-new on-site accommodation, 30 days' annual leave plus statutory holidays, annual return flights, medical and life insurance, a performance bonus, CPD support, professional membership and a car for work use.
