The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of payroll processes, proficiency in SAP and Excel, and excellent communication skills.Job Responsibilities : Manage the end-to-end payroll process for all employeesEnsure timely and accurate payroll processing in SAPMaintain payroll records and reports for auditing and complianceCoordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputsAddress employee queries related to payrollSupport the HR department with employee data management related to compensationAssist during internal and external audits by providing payroll documentationCoordinate with banks for salary transfers and resolve any discrepanciesAssist with monthly reconciliation of payroll accountsGenerate payroll reports for management and finance teamsJob Requirements : Minimum 3+ years of experience in payroll processingStrong command of Advanced Excel skills including use of VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX & MATCH, IF statements, pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, and macrosStrong understanding of payroll regulations and processesExcellent communication skillsGood interpersonal skills and a positive attitudeSoftware proficiency in SAP
