Position : Business Development Manager (Remote)

Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, you will be pivotal in expanding our outreach and impact by forging new partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and increasing course enrollments. Your responsibilities will include :
- Strategic Growth & Planning : Develop and execute growth strategies to enhance market reach for our training courses and professional certifications.
- Market Research & Analysis : Conduct research to identify new market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, helping to refine our offerings to meet market demands.
- Lead Generation & Partnerships : Identify and connect with potential clients and partners, such as colleges, corporations, and government organizations, to foster collaborations and expand Omnilearn's presence.
- Sales & Relationship Management : Engage with prospective clients, understand their training needs, deliver compelling presentations, and tailor solutions to match requirements.
- Marketing Coordination : Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns, including email marketing, social media engagement, webinars, and promotional events.
- Target Achievement : Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing to the company's overall revenue goals.
- Customer Experience : Ensure customer satisfaction by gathering feedback post-training and making recommendations for improvements.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally within the education or e-learning sectorProven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targetsKey Skills
Sales & Negotiation Skills : Expertise in selling training services, with strong negotiation skills and a consultative approach to client interactionsRelationship Building : Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients and partnersMarket Insight : Proficient in market research, trend analysis, and the ability to apply insights to strategyPresentation & Communication Skills : Ability to articulate complex concepts in an accessible and persuasive manner, both in person and through digital channelsAnalytical Mindset : Proficient in using data to inform decisions and assess performance metricsTech Savvy : Familiar with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and understanding of digital marketing channels is a plusPersonal Attributes
