Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management specifically in irrigation projects Proven experience handling projects under Dubai Municipality DM regulations and standards Strong leadership and project management skills Excellent knowledge of construction safety standards and quality control Available in the UAE and eligible to work locally Responsibilities Oversee all construction activities related to irrigation projects Coordinate with clients consultants and subcontractors Ensure projects are completed on time within scope and within budget Monitor compliance with Dubai Municipality standards and regulations Prepare progress reports and project documentation Manage site teams and ensure safety protocols are followed
