Role and Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager who thrives on creating impactful campaigns and shaping digital experiences across channels to lead the design management of integrated campaigns across multiple digital channels (nafkhaconsulting.com, Paid Media, Social, Search, Live Shows, etc.). You will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences that drive brand engagement, purchase intent, and measurable conversions.

In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of awareness, performance, and engagement campaigns, ensuring every initiative delivers impact. You will also spearhead creative excellence and content strategy—including live commerce and social shows—while aligning with the organization’s broader business and digital goals.

As Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager, you will deliver innovative, high-impact digital experiences, maintaining the highest standards of creativity, feasibility, and execution.

What You’ll Need

• 4-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing & Social Media.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven success in leading content development, creative strategy, and live / social show production.
• Strong background in developing performance-driven digital and social campaigns across all funnel stages.
• Hands-on experience in Live Commerce, Live Content Creation, and Social / Video Content Development is a strong advantage.
• A mix of brand-side and agency experience is preferred.
• Experience in digital marketing for IT vendors, particularly within the EMEA region, is a strong plus

Qualifications & Experience

Additionally, you will show the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage live seminars and webinars, and drive engagement and conversions through real-time content formats.
