الوصف الوظيفيOversee the design and development of scalable data infrastructure, ensuring robust data integration and storage solutions. Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and improve data accessibility and performance. Ensure the data infrastructure supports advanced analytics, machine learning models, and real-time data processing. Drive the development and delivery of data analytics solutions that provide actionable insights for key business functions. Lead efforts to analyze complex data sets, uncover trends, and generate insights to inform business strategies and drive innovation. Oversee reporting frameworks that enable performance monitoring and drive data transparency across the organization. Guide the development and deployment of machine learning models and data science projects to solve business problems. Stay updated on the latest data science trends and technologies to continuously improve the organization’s data capabilities. Collaborate with data scientists to prioritize and execute on high-impact data science initiatives. Partner with IT, Digital Transformation, and other departments to align data initiatives with overall business goals. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on data-related opportunities and risks. Communicate complex data concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Build, mentor, and manage a team of data scientists, data analysts, and data engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Drive professional growth and development opportunities within the team, ensuring continuous upskilling and knowledge sharing. Manage team performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals and KPIs.
The Head of Data is responsible for leading the data strategy and overseeing data-driven initiatives that align with business goals. This role focuses on driving data innovation, ensuring data governance and integrity, and building a high-performing data team. The Head of Data will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to leverage data for strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
