We are looking for a key team member as a MEP Technician to be part of our exciting journey of continuous growth and success.

Responsibilities include :

• Mechanical : Inspect and diagnose issues with mechanical equipment such as pumps, valves, and piping systems; troubleshoot and repair leaks; install new mechanical equipment like air handlers, chillers, and boilers.
• Civil and Architectural Works : Install architectural interiors including furniture, TV mounts, ceiling works (gypsum), lighting fixtures, etc.
• Electrical : Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems; inspect electrical equipment; perform routine maintenance; troubleshoot issues; install new electrical fixtures; ensure safety standards.
• Plumbing : Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems; inspect water heaters and plumbing equipment; perform routine checks; troubleshoot leaks; install fixtures; ensure safety standards.
