Prepare contract drafts in English and Arabic within requested commercial scope.Specific experience in drafting international sales-related contracts such as sale & purchase agreements, distributorship agreements, joint venture, and other commercial cooperation agreements, trademark licensing agreements.Conduct research and provide proper legal advice related to the business activities of the Company.Understand and interpret relevant legislation applicable to the business activities of the Company, including comparative law.Collaborate closely with the Legal Department to :Ensure that various business activities performed by different Departments are (legally) compliant;Identify internal and external legal risks that may impact the business.Language Requirements :

Job Skills :
- University degree in law.
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience in an international and multicultural environment.
- Ability to efficiently report to the Head of Legal regarding dispute status and recommended next steps.
- In coordination with the Head of Legal and local counsel, manage lawsuits and disputes in African and Middle Eastern countries.
- Report regularly to the company's board of directors and communicate effectively with non-legal professionals within the company, including conducting in-house legal fact-finding and translating legal advice into understandable language.
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Arabic, including presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- French language skills are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
