Availability : Immediately Language Skill : English speaking is mandatory Salary : AED 1800 – 2000 with food while on duty We are currently seeking a talented and passionate chef to create delicious dishes at Soul Santé Cafe, a reputed vegan Café based in Dubai. The chosen candidate will play a key role in crafting and delivering tasty cuisine, providing an exceptional dining experience for our esteemed guests.Responsibilities

• Preparing a variety of dishes
• Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
• Planning the menu, considering the budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.
• Coordinating with kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
• Study each recipe and gather all the necessary ingredients
• Ensure appealing plate presentation
• Modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requestsBeing able to manage the portion size of foods
• Monitor food stock and place orders
• Training other chefs and managing the quality of the dishes being prepared
• Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
• Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
• Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales
• Developing menus and menu design, ensuring they abide nutritional standards and allergen description requirementsRequirements
• Proven work experience as a chef or cook
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers)
• Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes Leadership skills
• Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
• Excellent time management abilities
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations
