Job Position Call Center Executives Company Name Orchid Fertility Location Dubai UAE Job Type Fulltime Industry Healthcare In this role you will support patients on their fertility journey with care empathy and professionalism Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls and patient inquiries with warmth accuracy and confidentiality Provide information about services appointments and procedures Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently Maintain accurate records in the patient management system Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow Follow up with patients as needed and ensure exceptional service at every touchpoint Support bilingual communication needs Arabic English if applicable Requirements Previous experience in a call center or customer service role healthcare experience preferred Excellent communication skills Arabic English is a strong advantage Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patientcentric approach Ability to manage sensitive conversations with discretion Proficient in MS Office and callhandling systems Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
