Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate  Cook (Indian / Pakistani – Desi Food) to join our culinary team at a prestigious resort in Al Ain. delivering exceptional dining experiences across diverse international breakfast formats and daily cuisine offerings. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in preparing authentic Pakistani and Indian dishes, alongside proficiency in French, Italian, Arabian, English, and European breakfasts, and a strong command of mixed cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Pakistani and Indian dishes daily, ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Execute a variety of international breakfast menus, including French, Italian, Arabian, English, and European breakfasts, with attention to cultural authenticity and freshness.
• Prepare a wide range of baked goods, including breads, cakes, cookies, croissants, rolls, pastries, and donuts, using both traditional and modern techniques.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in all food preparation and storage processes.
• Assist in menu planning and development, offering creative input on new dishes and seasonal specials.
• Manage inventory of ingredients, monitor stock levels, and place timely orders to prevent shortages.
• Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff, ensuring proper training and adherence to kitchen protocols.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, well-maintained, and operated safely.
• Collaborate with the kitchen manager and dining team to meet service demands during peak hours and special events.
• Comply with all resort policies, health regulations, and safety procedures at all times.
