Workshop Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Supervise workshop staff and assign tasks effectively Plan and schedule maintenance and repair activities Monitor workshop productivity and quality of work Ensure compliance with safety health and environmental standards Maintain workshop tools equipment and inventory Liaise with drivers and management regarding vehicle maintenance schedules Ensure documentation of work orders repairs and maintenance logs Train and mentor workshop staff Requirements Previous experience as a Workshop Supervisor or in a similar role in transportation or automotive industry Strong leadership and organizational skills Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures Good communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
