Your Opportunity

Are you ready to shape the future of industrial development and help drive sustainable growth in one of the world’s most dynamic markets? We’re looking for an ambitious Associate Master Planner to join our global team, supporting the delivery of transformative master planning projects and helping to expand our presence in the UAE market and support a number of recent project wins.

As a key member of our master planning team, you’ll lead bids, manage complex master planning assignments, and engage directly with clients to communicate design vision and value with clarity and impact. You’ll bring creativity, technical excellence, and strong storytelling skills to articulate ideas that inspire and deliver results.

Your Focus Areas

You’ll help our industrial clients plan and design their next-generation assets across three Master Planning core service areas :

• Planning – Develop area-wide strategic plans, place-economics strategies, and guide site selection through spatial analysis and multi-criteria frameworks.
• Design – Lead the creation of concept and detailed master plans for industrial projects, non-process infrastructure, worker accommodations, and commercial ports.
• Landscape – Contribute to landscape strategies and plans that integrate nature-based solutions, enhancing environmental performance and resilience.
