BIM Technical Engineer

We are hiring a BIM Technical Engineer for one of the most reputable construction companies in the UAE The selected candidate will be responsible for creating managing and coordinating Building Information Models BIM across all project disciplines Architectural Structural and This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate digital project representation improving design coordination and supporting clash detection to enhance project delivery Responsibilities Develop and manage BIM models for Architectural Structural and disciplines in line with project requirements Coordinate BIM deliverables with design teams and project stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and consistency Support multidisciplinary coordination and perform clash detection to identify and resolve conflicts early Maintain BIM standards naming conventions and model version control throughout the project lifecycle Produce required BIM outputs such as coordinated models drawings schedules and reports as per project needs Assist project teams with BIMrelated technical support and ensure alignment with UAE construction practices Collaborate with consultants contractors and internal teams to ensure timely approvals and smooth workflows Requirements Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Technical Engineer Must be currently residing in the UAE Must have UAE construction industry experience Strong coordination and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams Note Specific software skills were not mentioned relevant BIM tools experience is expected Benefits Accommodation provided Opportunity to work with a toptier construction company in the UAE Professional growth through largescale multidisciplinary BIM coordination
