Job Description

Major Accounts Manager – Telco

Location – Dubai, UAE

As a Major Account Manager, you will play an integral role in new business pitches, hold responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients, and focus on growing and developing existing customers. This role will leverage your extensive network to generate and grow opportunities, develop business and account plans for current and new tender opportunities, and serve as the key interface between the customer and relevant divisions.

At Fortinet you will :

• Develop strong relationships with customer contacts at the executive level to understand their business imperatives and IT drivers, enabling tailored solutions.
• Sell Fortinet’s products and services through a consultative approach, maintaining good relationships within accounts.
• Develop strategies and coordinate company resources to maximize sales within assigned accounts.
• Engage with and build cooperative relationships with sales resources, including System Engineers, Channel, and Specialist sales teams.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers to ensure they realize value from Fortinet investments.
• Keep customers informed about Fortinet’s product roadmaps to assist in planning and risk mitigation.
