Senior Manager – Consulting Sales & Growth
Abu Dhabi | Covering UAE & wider GCC
My client is seeking a dynamic business development leader to join a fast-growing consulting practice. This is a consulting-led sales role with a strong technology and digital transformation focus , driving growth across high-profile government entities, family business groups, and large corporates in the region.
You will shape strategic transformation opportunities — from policy and process redesign, business and strategy planning, and market feasibility studies to digital transformation roadmaps, enterprise architecture, and risk assessments . You’ll partner with senior stakeholders (C-suite, IT leaders, policymakers), build long-term relationships, and open new doors for innovative consulting solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a pipeline of strategic consulting opportunities across the GCC.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to uncover challenges and design tailored solutions.
- Lead proposals, RFPs, and pitches, linking business outcomes with digital enablers.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure deals are achievable and profitable.
- Represent the company at industry events, building brand visibility and trust.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years experience in professional services / consulting sales with at least 3–5 years in senior roles. Preferably within cybersecurity, digital transformation, architecture, risk / compliance.Strong background in consulting, market intelligence, or research.Experience working with government entities, family business groups, or large corporates in the GCC.Proven track record in strategic sales, long-cycle deal management, and stakeholder engagement.Strong business acumen, presentation skills, and ability to “speak the consulting language”Familiarity with digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and risk / compliance trends.Arabic speakerDUE TO VOLUME OF APPLICANTS ONLY SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL BE CONTACTED
