Job Summary
The role requires adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards, as well as coordination with procurement, logistics, and operations teams. And responsible for all stores activity and making sure stores operation runs smoothly, according to company defined processes and meets any budget or sales goals
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowed in the stores
- Responsible for all the timely receiving, stocking, picking, packing and shipping of parts in all store’s locations on the site.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate stock records.
- Ensure both yearly and perpetual inventory checks are completed in accordance with the laid down procedures.
- Reporting and evaluation of stock discrepancies.
- Responsible of undertaking all stores tasks according to company processes.
- The receipt and issue of purchased components and services into the computerized stock system.
- The receiving and reconciling of supplier deliveries.
- To pick and stow parts in the correct manner.
- To pick, pack and label sales orders as detailed by the store’s supervisor.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the Stores area.
- Ensure the on time picking to the agreed schedule.
- Take responsibility along with other Team Leaders of the running of the store in the Supervisor’s absence.
