Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager / Partner will be focusing on sourcing engaging and nurturing UAE National talent. You will collaborate closely with external stakeholders including universities and government institutes to drive our Emiratisation initiatives. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our local workforce and promote national talent within our organization.

Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Sourcing :

Develop and maintain external networks to attract the best UAE National talent.

• Collaborate with the Emiratisation Department to create effective resourcing strategies.
• Leverage industry best practices to identify and engage potential candidates.

Relationship Management :

Cultivate strong relationships with universities government bodies and other relevant institutions.

Candidate Assessment and Selection :

Conduct initial screenings and interviews.

Market Mapping and Insights :

Stay informed about market trends salary benchmarks and talent availability.
